This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-16-TR-0168 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is Brand Name Only. No substitution will be accepted. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-6. This is a Small Business Set-Aside requirement under NAICS 423840. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001: MSA 10045662 - Kit, Radio Interface, Single, Audipack 16462 – Quantity of 6 Each. Item 0002: MSA 10127946-SP - Superlite, 60 min, 4500 PSI Carbon Wrapped Cylinder – Quantity of 18 Each. Item 0003: MSA-A2H-M24B01C22DA2 - Airhawk II, 4500psi, 60-Min Carbon Cyl, Kevlar Harness, Lumbar Pad, PTC Regulator – Quantity of 18 Each. Item 0004: MSA 10045691 – Kit, Radion interface, Single, Audipack, 16471 – Quantity of 6 Each. Items shall be quoted on an all or none basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted. All shipping costs shall be included with the quote. This requirement is for Brand Name Only. Offer shall provide complete shipments only. Partial shipments are not accepted. FOB Destination. The attached Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price Purchase Order, based on the Lowest Price. All quotes will be evaluated. Award will be made based on the best overall value to the Government. The deadline for questions is Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 5:00p.m. EST. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for the supplies/services. Please note: the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement.
