The USAYPG has a requirement for maintenance and repairs from Perkin Elmer of various equipment such as Spectrum 100 FTIR Oil Analyzer (serial number: 89579) which includes TECAN Liquid Autosampler (serial number: 1109001954), Elan9000 (serial number: P0770210), AS93 PLUS Autosampler (serial number: 930S2120106), Poly Science Re-circulator (serial number: G16827), and TurboMatrix 40 Headspace Sampler, (serial number M41L0209133). These instruments have unique designs and unique/proprietary parts or firmware/software that only a properly trained technician can service correctly. PerkinElmer does not authorize third-parties to service their instruments. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2005-99, effective 16 Jul 2018.
