REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PERIMETER FENCE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: 0040-1910 AT THE MARIPOSA COUNTY LAND FILL Mariposa County Public Works is requesting proposals including all associated costs for installation of a new 4-1/2 foot tall, 5-Strand Barbed Wire Fence that will be located along the property line. The successful must be licensed by the State of California Licensing Board. The pricing for Parts ‘A’ and ‘B’ are to be submitted together. The pricing shall include all necessary costs to complete the work. This work would be done in two (2) parts, details / scope of which are attached herewith: PART ‘A’: BRUSH REMOVAL Brush shall be removed as noted in the project specifications. At a minimum, brush shall be removed that is in direct conflict with the contractor’s ability to install the fence as required. No grading work is anticipated. PART ‘B’: INSTALL PERIMETER FENCE Install a new 4-1/2 foot tall, 5-strand Barbed Wire Fence along the property line. This fence will keep off-site cattle from entering the Land Fill Property. An optional pre-bid meeting will be on Tuesday January 7, at 10:00 am. At this meeting any issues related to project access and staging will be discussed. Bidder requirements will be included in a separate bid package and available on our web site, by email, or on CD.
