The PEPFAR Coordinator is the primary point of contact and coordinator of activities related to PEPFAR in-country, playing a critical role in the planning, implementing, and reporting of program performance of inter-Agency programs. Informed by the objectives of PEPFAR, and in collaboration with the Government of Lesotho, cooperating USG agencies, USAID missions, the U.S. Embassy, regional institutions, and non-governmental partners, the Coordinator will undertake a range of responsibilities, including:

A) Ensure that PEPFAR programs in Lesotho are coordinated and contribute to worldwide PEPFAR objectives, policies and guidelines.
B) Ensure that PEPFAR activities are consistent with the HIV/AIDS intervention policies and programs of the Government of Lesotho; and with the HIV/AIDS intervention programs of other development partners.
C) Coordinate and ensure preparation of key PEPFAR planning and reporting documents.
