Program Executive Office- Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) is "pulling the curtain back" on its plans for future contract opportunities as well as providing insight on how we do business. Starting 28 October, (initially virtually via MS TEAMS) we will kick-off a series of monthly Industry engagements designed to serve as a collaborative space for Industry and our PMs.  Each event will include a review of the PEO's current Acquisition Requirements Lead Time (ARLT) and Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) activities as well as updates on any timeline or requirements changes. The overall intent is to provide transparency and situational awareness to industry for ongoing procurements, provide a forum where teaming arrangements can be developed, educate industry on PEO specific topics, and provide open dialogue between industry and our PMs.

In the face of these challenging COVID-19 times, it is essential for Industry and PMs to increase the frequency of our communications to ensure synergy for all those involved in providing Soldiers with the critical systems they need. During our monthly collaborative forum we encourage our industry partners to ask questions and discuss challenges/solutions.  Industry will have the opportunity to request updates on specific procurements of interest in a Question & Answer (Q&A) type forum. Industry partners will gain a clearer picture of where to spend potential IRAD dollars, have an increased level of predictability for future opportunity timelines, and understanding of PEO processes.

Each month, we will provide a tailored agenda and revolving topics for discussion.  PEO IEW&S encourages industry to provide feedback on topics of interest and ways to make these monthly sessions most effective.
