The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Pentek Inc,, One Park Way, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458 due to compatibility with existing material.
