As part of the PennDOT Pathways initiative, PennDOT is investigating future-focused sources of funding for our highways and bridges that could better serve our communities and all Pennsylvanians for the next generation. To assist in the implementation of the initiative this agreement is for Right of Way (ROW) Services. The duties for this Engineering Agreement include, but not limited to, assisting PennDOT in all aspects of acquiring the necessary ROW for the construction, maintenance, and operation of bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects and corridor expansion projects throughout the Commonwealth. Right of Way Acquisition Services are to be performed by an approved firm on the ECMS Right of Way Acquisition Services approved list. The Department will not address questions during the planned project period.
