The Penguin® Milk Warmer is designed to warm breast milk to maternal body temperature. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully. This RFQ is a total Small-Business Set-Aside basis.

EVALUATION PROCESS : LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE AND AWARD WILL BE MADE. IF IT IS FOUND UNACCEPTABLE THE NEXT LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED.
