Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following: Consultant Services for: Peer Review of the Numerical Groundwater Model for the Lynden-Everson-Nooksack-Sumas Area of Whatcom County UNTIL: 2:30 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the Peer Review of the Numerical Groundwater Model for the Lynden-Everson-Nooksack-Sumas Area of Whatcom County.
