The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing access ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and cross gutters to improve safety and mobility of pedestrians. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents.
