As part of the City’s ongoing initiatives to meet the requirements of the Second Amended Consent Decree (SACD), the City has planned the Peachtree Creek Eastside- Project 2B to meet the 2-year design storm protection criteria in the First/Second Amended Decree issued to the City. The proposed improvements consist of replacement of capacity limited segments of the Peachtree Creek Eastside Sewer system. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method as described in the Agreement.
