The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) located at Quantico, VA intends to contract directly with SeaLevel Systems, Inc, 155 Technology Place (P.O. Box 830), Liberty, South Carolina 29657 for the acquisition of three (3) different SeaLevel Systems, Inc., Universal Serial Bus (USB) Radio Interface cables. The cables will be used as an interface cable for the AN/PRC-150 radio (8 each), to interface with the AN/PRC-117F (9 each), and to interface with the AN/PRC-148 (19 each). The cables will allow Marines to send and receive data from their pocket computers through different radio models and brands in support of ECO/LOE3.1 CLOC-Light. The data transfer requires a SeaLevel proprietary synchronous driver (permits normal commercial protocols and MILITARY-STANDARD transmissions) to interface between respective cables hardware and PDA-184 (a Government developed application compliant with MIL-STD-188-184) This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposals, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order.
