The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order for the following line item(s):  Cbot C Singleplex Assay (50,000 Rxns), 1 each; Cbot D Singleplex Assay (50,000 Rxns), 1 each; and Cbot G Singleplex Assay (50,000 Rxns), 1 each to Fluoresentric, 2700 Homestead Road, Suite 50, Park City, UT 84098.  This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy the Agency's requirements. No solicitation is being issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which, if received by the response date, shall be considered by the Agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
