The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Installation Contracting Division (PZIOAC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Lumistar,LLC, 5870 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA, 92008-6638, Cage: 1SEA1, to provide the following components: LS-50-E: PCle Format Decommutator. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order.

The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 334290. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 750 employees. Anticipated award date is 16 Nov 2017. This requirement consists of:

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 1200 pm CST on 14 November 2017 will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
