This action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Specifically, the Western Area Power Administration has a requirement to upgrade it's current Teltronics PBX. It is the intent of this agency to acquire the hardware and software for the upgrade from Teltronics, Inc, of Sarasota FL. No other source is known to provide the upgrade to our existing Teltronics PBX. No solicitation is available. Expressions of interest must identify the capability to provide upgrades to a Teltronics PBX and must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by March 22, 2005.
