This requirement is in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA).

This is a sole source requirement.  However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-21-R-3004 to the betaSAM website at https://beta.sam.gov with a closing date of 21 days after issue.  The NAICS code for this requirement is, 335314 and the Federal Supply code is 5963.
