The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Payroll & Salary Computation Outsource for US Embassy Berlin, Germany

The State Department of the U.S. Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Mission to Germany is seeking a vendor to provide timely and accurate processing of employee salary calculations, to handle mandatory reporting of employee data and information as required by the German Social Security System (GSSS), and perform miscellaneous other tasks in connection with Locally Employed (LE) Staff compensation.    

The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2021. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.  Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
