Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Payroll & Salary Computation Outsource for the US Embassy Berlin, as per attached solicitation documents.

The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line

"Proposal 19GE5021R0107” on or before September 29, 2021, 10:00 Central European Time, to [email protected].

No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.

Please note:

1. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.

1. Please do NOT contact the Requesting Office at US Embassy Berlin directly regarding this project.

1. Attachment 1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit.  You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date.

1. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 / Instructions for proposal submission (page 50) of the solicitation.

1. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)).

1. Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit.

1. Attachments 2 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) – please use these formats to submit the requested information.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal conference will take place via Webex on September 15, 2021, 14:00 hrs Central European Time. Offerors planning to attend shall submit the Name, Phone number, email address, Organization/Company, of their company’s representatives to the attention of Ms. Wencke Jacobsen, email: [email protected] no later than September 13, 2021.
