The City of Pawtucket is soliciting sealed bid submissions for the following project: Interior renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet of existing ground (basement) level interior space in the original Sayles Library building for use as an area dedicated to teen aged patrons, consisting of demolition and refinishing of interior finishes, new separation walls, modified building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire alarm systems.
