The City of Pawtucket, RI is seeking qualifications from visual artists in association with our 2019 Payne Park Mural Project, made possible in part by a Rhode Island Foundation Community Grant. The goal is to produce a high-quality and durable mural that reflects the positive power of community within our Woodlawn neighborhood. Three (3) separate Payne Park Mural walls are constructed of concrete and are situated at the westernmost portion of Payne Park. All walls are double sided. Two (2) newly installed walls are approximately 10’ x 10’ in size and an existing mural wall is approximately 10’ x 17’ in size. All three walls will be painted as part of this scope of work.
