Carter (DBA Sketch Architecture Company) 2454 E Southern Avenue, Suite 110 Mesa, Arizona 85204 Phone: 480-668-8015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Procurement Director will receive submittal of Bids for the construction of five (5) residential duplexes. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form and in accordance with Drawings and Project Manual on file at the Osage Nation Procurement Office. Drawings, Project Manual and attachments will be available to General Contractors electronically via Dropbox, or on a CD, if requested. A Bid Security for five percent (5%) of the total amount must accompany bids in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE BONDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS. (Subcontractors with bids exceeding $250,000.00 are required to be bonded). Bids must be sealed and filed with the Procurement Office at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056 on or before 11:00 A.M. on July 27, 2021. All Bids received will be opened at 11:01 A.M. publically in the Training & Conference Room located on the first floor of the Osage Nation Law Building at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 13, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Osage Nation Law Building Training & Conference Room. The Pre-Bid Meeting is NOT mandatory, but is recommended. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any informality in any Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
