Synopsis:
THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2 and 36.213-2. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside - 8(a) competitive for SBA Region III. In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified 8(a), within Region III, prior to the closing date of the solicitation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The NAICS code is 237310 and the Size Standard is $33.5M.

IDIQ "On-Call" Maintain and Repair and Alter Roads, Parking Lots and Sidewalks; Maintenance of Pavements and Grounds, PENTAGON Reservation(PENREN), National Capital Region(NCR). The requirement is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, devices, tools, transportation, and supervision in performance of the on-call contract. This includes, but not limited to, roads, parking lots, sidewalks, concrete structures, security fences, gates, removals and miscellaneous work.
The Government intends to award an IDIQ contract with a 12-month base year with two 12-month option periods.
The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is more than $10,000,000.
All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. Contractors; in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before a contract can be awarded to your company. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. Telephone requests will not be accepted. You must register on the FBO site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. When the solicitation is downloaded, it is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY, as there are milestones that MUST be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive. There will be no preannouncement of when the solicitation will be available; however, the ISSUANCE DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED TO BE ON OR ABOUT 26 July 2012 with a closing date 30 days after issuance.

5. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors.
