The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Roadway rehabilitation of Rancho California Road between the western end of the bridge deck (just west of Old Town Front Street/Jefferson) to the western limits of the City of Temecula. Work will generally consist of removing existing asphalt and/or other materials to a depth of approximately 6 inches, preparation of subgrade, and placement of 6 inches of AC Pavement (2” of Rubberized over 4” Conventional), substantially at the same roadway surface elevation as existing. Work also includes reconstruction of ADA ramps, reconstruction of AC Dike, adjustment of existing utilities to grade, and restoration of existing signing, striping, and detector loops.
