The work to be performed consists, in general, of pavement resurfacing along Truxtun Avenue from Mohawk Street to Empire Drive and full depth pavement reconstruction along Truxtun Avenue from Empire Drive to Oak Street. Also, included in this work are roadway excavation, curb & gutter reconstruction, access ramp modifications to meet current ADA standards, pavement markings, striping, traffic signal detector loops installation, and manholes and monuments adjustments. FINAL BIDDERS LIST: The City of Bakersfield has previously issued a list of contractors approved to submit bids for this project. This list was determined by the City's review of Responsibility Statement and Questionnaires submitted by interested contractors. The City will only open bids submitted by contractors who were approved by the City to be on the Final Bidders List for the above referenced project. Bids submitted by contractors who are not approved to be on the Final Bidders List will not be opened.
