This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-R-0048 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
The 18 Telemetry kits consist of antennas, dual transmitter, mounting hardware , RF cables, telemetry electronics module (TEM) and TEM cable; which are to be assembled and tested in accordance with the specified Government drawings.
These drawings will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities website upon request/ approval.
Delivery for all 18 fully assembled telemetry kits are required by February 2017.
