All plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, and incidentals shall be furnished by the Contractor. Work included but is not limited to; Remove steel patio structure from Bldg 80. Remove/and or prepare any remaining attachment attachment appurtenances from the removal of the patio structure from Building 80 that may pose a safety hazard (Ie. anchor bolts is slabs, metal angles at roof connections, electrical, etc.) and match adjacent. Relocate steel patio structure to Bldg 78. Attach patio structure to existing and new concrete slabs as required. This includes demolition of exisiting concrete slab, re-grading landscaping movement of existing shrubbery, and removal of concrete masonry unit and screen wall. All IAW SOW.
