This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with SPSS. The statutory authority for this sole source procurements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c).

The NAICS code this action is 511210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
