The City of Pasco (City), Washington, Department of Public Works is requesting Proposals from qualified firms registered in the State of Washington to provide professional services for the development of the City’s PWRF Industrial Wastewater-to-RNG Project. The Proposer will submit a written response with sufficient information demonstrating recent experience in developing RNG projects from the treatment of industrial wastewater facilities.
