The purpose of this amendment is to:
a) provide answers to the questions submitted by interested offerors; and
b) to amend the original solicitation.

The original RFP#72016522R00003 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with an updated RFP included within this posting. All changes in the amended solicitation are highlighted for ease of reference.

1) The definitive and controlling amended solicitation RFP#72016522R00003 for the USAID/North Macedonia Partnership Against Corruption (PAC) Activity with adjustments highlighted to ensure ready access to the current solicitation emphasizing the newly added content within the RFP. This is the solicitation that governs this procurement.
2) Answers to Questions submitted with respect to the solicitation for the USAID/North Macedonia Partnership Against Corruption (PAC) Activity.
