This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d).

The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to WON-DOOR CORPORATION1865S 3480 W, SALT LAKE CITY, UT, 84104-4947

(1) DuraSound folding partitions/accordion door as manufactured by Won-Door Corporation and its design, removal, installation and warranty.

This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 11 July 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona.

Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Graham Conlon, via email at [email protected] no later than 05:00 pm PST on 7/11/2017.  Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-17-T-0228 in the subject.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
