Work to be performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide the chiller replacements as shown in the Drawing (Attachment A) dated July 15, 2020 (Separately attached in printable format). Contractor must be duly licensed for the type of work proposed, in the State of Florida. Throughout the attached documents prepared by KPI Engineering where it indicates items to be included with Bidders submittal packages to KPI Engineering, those items are to be included with you submittal packages to the District. Where there is a conflict with specifications, terms and conditions, between the Invitation to Bid and the attachments provided by KPI Engineering, the Invitation to Bid will prevail. Contractor shall be responsible to install two owner provided Carrier 30XV-180S Chillers as specified in the drawings and project manual. Carrier has indicated to the District that the specified chillers have a sixty-five (65) calendar day lead-time from receipt of their purchase order; estimated delivery date is November 30, 2020. Bid Alternate No. 1: Attachment B (Separately attached in printable format) The District will provide the External Harmonic Filters, if they are deemed necessary and the Contractor will install. This will be an active campus; therefore, the campus will require air conditioning. The District owns portable chillers, they will be provided and delivered to the site and the contractor will be required to hook-up the temporary chillers. PROJECT SCHEDULING NOTE Substantial Completion: February 12, 2021 (Units running all items installed and operational) Final Completion: March 5, 2021 (Completion of all controls related to units installed and operational, ready for Test and Balance)
