The purpose of this acquisition is to procure 35 parking spaces at 1451 Rockville Pike (WOC2) for the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to accommodate employees that were selected to re-locate from 9200 Corporate Blvd to 1451 Rockville Pike for a space solution.

This effort is mandatory to be awarded to Atlantic Services Group because they are the owners of the parking garage for the building being leased by FDA.

The NAICS code is 531120 Lessors of nonresidential Buildings (except miniwarehouses)

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
