The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hereby issue this notice of intent to sole source. The FDA intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Government Properties Income Trust c/o REIT Management & Research LLC at 1401 Rockville Pike Woodmont Office Center 1 (WOC1)/Rockville, Maryland 20852 for 349 unreserved and 32 reserved parking spaces. FDA believes that REIT Management & Research LLC is the only contractor that can meet this requirement because it is the owner of the parking spaces at 1401 Rockville Pike Woodmont Office Center 1 (WOC1). The NAICS code is 531120 [Lessors of Nonresidential Building (except mini-warehouses)]. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capability to perform the services stated above within the timeframes needed which will be considered by the agency.

A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that an award will be issued to REIT Management & Research LLC, within approximately ten (10) days after the date of this notice unless the Government determines that any other organization has the capacity to meet this requirement.
