THE SOLICITATION AND PRICE WORKSHEET ARE NOW POSTED.  PROPOSALS ARE DUE ON THE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION WHICH IS THURSDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2019 AT 1:00 EASTERN STD TIME. This is a Solicitation Notice for construction requirements for Parking Lot Repairs at the MG Maurice Rose Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) at Middletown, CT 06457-1809. This will be a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a Period of Performance of 90 days after the Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, however, if you have another NAICS Code that qualifies you for the work in the attached SOW you can still bid. This requirement for the Army Contracting Command, ACC, NJ is in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. This procurement includes, but is not limited to, milling and repairing/filling all cracks in the MG MAURICE ROSE AFRC asphalt paved parking lots and roadways. Work shall also include resealing asphalt paved parking and roadway surfaces as well as restriping approximately 309 parking spots, approximately 8 being handicapped parking, For additional work see SOW attached.
