On behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Program Support Center intends to award a sole source contract to MarcParc Inc., for the leasing of eighty (80) parking spaces at 7700 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD, 20814, for a period of four (4) months. The lease facility for the rental of the eighty parking spaces must be located within walking distance (1 to 2 blocks) of the 7700 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda MD facility.

The sole-source contractor is the only known source within the walking distance of 1 to 2 blocks of the7700 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda MD facility, which are capable of meeting the 80 vehicle requirement on a consistent basis. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Government intends on acquiring the service as a commercial item using simplified acquisition procedures. HHS anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract.

Interested parties may identify their interest by responding to the requirement. Interested parties must submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the point of contact identified below not later than 12:00 p.m. EST/EDT on May 25, 2011.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
