The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program, has a requirement for 6 parking spaces for a base period of 10/01/2010 - 09/30/2011; in addition to , one option period for 10/01/2011 - 09/30/2012. The Government reserves the right to award for the base period only. The spaces need to be located within a one block radius of 50 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. The spaces must be available 365 days a year, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Vehicles must not be left unsecured and the keys to the vehicles shall not be left with the parking attendants. Please provide a quote on quaranteed parking and a quote on reserved parking.
Award will be made to the offeror whose offer is lowest priced, technically acceptable.
