The Bureau of the Fiscal Servie, on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) has a requirement for 6 reserved parking spaces with a Not To Exceed limit of 8 reserved Parking Spaces Located at or Near 50 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, in accordance with the attached list of Specifications.

The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges, self parking allowing response to emergency situations, and assigned spaces. The contractor shall not have access to vehicle keys. Vehicles will be locked at all times. Vehicles cannot be double parked. The parking shall be within one (1) city block of the field office located at 50 Beale Street San Francisco, CA.

Base year period of performance: 09/01/2015 - 08/31/2016 (12 months)
Option period: 09/01/2016 - 02/28/2017 (6 months)
