The Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Services seeks to lease parking spaces near their office space in downtown Bethesda, Maryland that meet the following criteria.

Number of Spaces: 35

Location: Garage must be within 1/4 mile of FOH's new offices at 7475
Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814

Hours of Operation: The parking facility must be accessible 24 hours per day, including
weekends

Period of Performance: Base year of 11/01/2011 to 10/31/2012
Option year of 11/01/2012 to 10/31/2013

Anticipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price

Provisions and Clauses:
The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (Jun 2008), applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 is not applicable. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible lowest priced offeror that meets all of the technical requirements. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
