TECH REP SERVICES FOR THE FOR THE USCGC MOHAWK (WMEC-913)

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, intends to issue a purchase order with Parker Hannifin Corp, for the  grooming, and updating of OEM replacement parts on the USCGC MOHAWK (WMEC-913). Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Parker Hannifin Corp. is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to install and test the required parts. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A Determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
