The Park Attendants shall provide all of the personnel, materials, supplies, and vehicles to perform these services, except as otherwise specified in the Performance Work Statements for each location. Two (2) adults (at least 21 years of age or older with no children under the age of 16 living in the park) shall serve as resident Park Attendants. The resident Park Attendants shall provide and reside in a self-contained camper or motor home and live in the park during their work assignment. Duties include but are not limited to the collection of use fees, reservation check-in by a Nation-wide computer system, operation of a computer based park management system, maintaining a status of occupied sites, register of visitors, furnishing visitors information and brochures, assuring proper use of the park facilities, and maintaining quiet-hour. Basic computer skills will be required for prospective quoters. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS) number before submitting a quote. To register, go to www.sam.gov.
