The Agricultural Lease at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, which begins on 01 August 2022, will be for wholesale nursery crop production.

The Department of the Navy will be inviting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for an outlease of approximately 286.05 acres of Government-owned land for nursery purposes at the Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar, California. The lease period is for 10 years. Prospective offerors may attend an Open House Drive-through on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, to view the parcel for lease. Each group of prospective offerors will be limited to one vehicle only, so please plan accordingly. The meeting place will be at the Park and Ride Lot #20 I-805 on Governor Drive in La Jolla, CA at 10:00AM.
