Market St Garage: Complete replacement of the central stair tower. Work includes installation of new structural steel stair supports, treads/risers, rails, and handrails, paint repairs at all weld locations of the new hot dip galvanized steel and installation of an epoxy broadcast overlay on the new treads/risers and landings. Brown Garage: Restoration of two stair towers. Work includes replacement of all treads/risers/landings, installation of a high-performance coating on existing steel include but not limited to rails, handrails, and stringers and installation of an epoxy broadcast overlay on the new treads/risers. 5th St Garage: In the southwest tower, work includes installation of an epoxy broadcast overlay on the existing treads/risers and landings.
