Work Summary: The Seelbach Garage Facade Repairs project consists of the following work: 1. Demolition of existing masonry screen and infill walls and steel vehicle barriers at the west elevation and at the west bay of the south elevation. 2. New cast-in place concrete barriers at west elevation. 3. New steel vehicle barriers at bays immediately adjacent to southwest corner. 4. New flexible stainless steel mesh screen panels at bays immediately adjacent to southwest corner. 5. Prepare and coat existing CMU infill walls at elevator/stair tower at northwest corner. 6. Miscellaneous sealant repairs. 7. Unit Price concrete repairs. 8. Cash allowance for required modifications to existing conduit and electrical fixtures.
