INTENT TO AWARD

The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 & 13.5, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Systems Technology, INC. for,

1 EA PARASIM V6 Motorized Horizontal Start System for Premeditated Jump Training
1EA PARASIM V6 Free Fall Module
1 EA Head Mounted Display Upgrade w/ System Purchase
1 EA Adjustable PARASIM Harness, MC-4 Type
1 EA Adujustable PARASIM Harness, MC-6 Type

 

At the current time the sole source determination is based on the ability of the product being produced is only available from one known supplier that can produce and/or provide all items listed above as one requirement.

The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333318. 

This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide an equal product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time within (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described task order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
