This is a Notice of Intent for informational purposes only.
The 23d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source contract to Complete Parachute Solutions Inc. Doing Business as C P S.
The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).
A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23d Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole source procurement of Complete Parachute Solutions Inc.
