Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Aerospace Driven Technologies, Inc., of Santa Ana, CA for the procurement of F-35 Simulated Panoramic Cockpit Display (Part Number 800878), quantity of two (2) each. These items will be used in Software Development Stations (SDS).  These SDSs require the same infrastructure as the F-35 Joint Simulation Environment simulator. Therefore, these items must be the same form, fit, and function as the ones already procured.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition.  A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
