This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Commercial Item as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number 47QSCC21Q0002       for FEMA’s Mass Care Pandemic Kits to Lathrop, CA in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 15. 

In accordance with the Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) with the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), GSA is seeking to procure 200 Mass Care Pandemic Kits for delivery to a FEMA distribution center in Lathrop, CA. 

The required date of delivery for the items is no later than 1/29/2021.
