The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Panalytical Inc. for the purchase of preventative maintenance in accordance with the attached performance work statement. This purchase will be made using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.302 and other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b).

This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POCs identifed in this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code 811219 with a size standard of $19,000,000.
