This is a notice of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's intent to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The FBI intends to award to Ideal Products Inc. for six (6) PAN disrupters and associated components. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or a solicitation of offers. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
