The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms to partner with the City to provide a shuttle operator for the Palo Alto On Demand Transit Program. The City anticipates the new program to begin operation no later than March 14, 2023, following this RFP solicitation. The contract will be for a term of up to two (2) years but funded annually, and renewable for up to 3 additional two-year terms assuming the establishment of regular funding. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.
